In every great studio session you will learn the complete Pilates method.
This includes teaching you the original matwork exercises (suitable for you to practice at home) combined with all the original equipment exercises designed to give you a balanced, strong & flexible body.
I teach a progressive & systematic approach, this allows you to learn and improve at your individual pace.
Your time in the studio is your session, and your session will be tailored to meet your individual needs.
In time as you become stronger and more flexible, the method will grow with you and continue to challenge and energise you.
